The Eiffel Tower at night is spectacular! It is lit all the time, but on the hour it "twinkles." Two Metro stops from our hotel or about eight blocks walk away it is a place to enjoy visiting multiple times. Tends to be a student favorite. The Metro stop is Trocadero.
